Teracy 利用規約 / Terms of Service

第1条（適用および本規約への同意） / Article 1 (Scope & Acceptance)

本規約は、Teracy株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサイト、モバイルアプリその他関連サービス（総称して「本サービス」）に適用されます。ユーザーは本サービスにアクセスまたは利用することにより、本規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms govern access to and use of the Teracy website, mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

第2条（利用資格） / Article 2 (Eligibility)

  1. 13歳未満（欧州経済領域では16歳未満）の方は本サービスを利用できません。

  2. 18歳未満のユーザーは、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得た上で利用してください。

  3. 未成年者が成年に達した後もサービスを継続利用した場合、未成年時のすべての行為を追認したものとみなされます。

    You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction you must have parental or legal guardian consent.

第3条（アカウント登録） / Article 3 (Account Registration)

  1. アカウント登録は、当社所定の方法で申請し、当社が承認通知を行った時点で完了します。

  2. 登録情報は真実かつ最新である必要があります。

  3. 当社は虚偽申請・反社会的勢力等の理由により登録を拒否することがあります。

    Accounts are created when an applicant submits the required information and Teracy approves the request. Information must be accurate and current. We may refuse registration for false information, involvement with criminal or anti‑social organizations, or other legitimate reasons.

第4条（ユーザーID・パスワードの管理） / Article 4 (Credentials Management)

ユーザーは自己責任でID・パスワードを管理し、第三者への譲渡・貸与・共有を禁止します。当社は、登録情報と一致する認証が行われた場合、その利用を正当なものとみなします。

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must not share, transfer or lend them. We will treat any activity under a valid credential set as authorized by you.

第5条（禁止行為） / Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません： (a) 法令・公序良俗違反、(b) 犯罪行為、(c) 反社会的勢力への利益供与、(d) リバースエンジニアリング、(e) 知的財産権侵害、(f) わいせつ・差別・脅迫・スパムの送信、(g) マルウェアの配布、(h) サービスの運営妨害、(i) 無断録音録画・不適切な公開、(j) 類似サービス開発を目的とした利用等、当社が不適切と判断する行為。

You must not violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, reverse engineer, distribute malware, interfere with the Service, use it to develop competing products, or engage in any activity we deem inappropriate.
